Terms and Conditions for Nakuru County HRM

Welcome to the Nakuru County Human Resource Management (HRM) System. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of this system, operated by the Nakuru County Government. By registering and using the HRM System, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the system.

1. User Eligibility

Access to the HRM System is restricted to registered job applicants, county employees, and authorized HR personnel. The following criteria apply:

  • Applicants must provide valid personal identification and academic qualifications.
  • Employees must ensure all submitted information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Unauthorized access to HR records or misuse of system data is strictly prohibited.

2. Use of the System

The HRM System facilitates job applications, recruitment, employee records management, and HR policy compliance. By using the system, you agree to:

  • Use the system solely for employment and HR-related processes.
  • Provide truthful and accurate information.
  • Keep login credentials confidential and report any unauthorized access immediately.

3. Job Applications and Recruitment

Registered users may apply for job vacancies through the HRM system. By submitting an application, you agree to:

  • Ensure all submitted documents, including academic certificates and resumes, are authentic.
  • Adhere to deadlines for applications and follow recruitment guidelines.
  • Acknowledge that providing false information may result in disqualification or legal action.

4. Data Privacy and Security

Nakuru County Government ensures compliance with the Data Protection Act, 2019. All personal and employment-related data submitted to the system will be used solely for HR and administrative purposes. Users must read the Privacy Policy before using the system.

5. Employee Responsibilities

Employees registered in the HRM system must:

  • Update their records when required.
  • Abide by the county's HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality regarding HR matters.

6. System Misuse

Any misuse of the HRM system, including unauthorized access, data tampering, or fraudulent activities, will result in disciplinary action and potential legal consequences.
